I Have Three Messages:(1) We should never, ever give up(2) You are never too old to chase your dreams(3) It looks like a solitary sport, but it takes a team.Reflection:

These three messages that Diana Nyad told us after she had broken the record apply to me, because me as a young teenager believe that we as humans could reach for the stars if we only put all we got and never, ever give up on our dreams. Also it don't matter how old or sick you are , you are never to old to chase your dreams and your passion. It also requires for everybody to use teamwork for you and your friends can succeed.
